copying bars?....

i know this is a noob questuion as u guys would say and i know its in the manual somewhere but i can't decode the message but, lets say a make a two bar loop which i nail perfect with the timing and bars everything fits nice and smooth. is it possibile to then change my two bar sequnce to four and then copy the bars from one and two and paste them in three and four so it woi=uld appear to sound like i played the last two bars when really they are copied from the first two bars. I know its in the mpc i know how to get to the copy bars and insert bars screen but it dosen't work right when i try it please help thank u.

look up sequence edit in the manual

goto sequence edit -> bars -> select end turn to 2 -> select insert after turn to 2 -> select number of copies turn to 1 -> hit do it -> done!
