Deleting off the MPC 1000 Memory card?? Anyone??

I can't figure out how to delete off the MPC 100 memory card?? I have a whole bunch of samples that I don't want anymore. How do I delete them completely off the MPC?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

open the card on your pc... press the delete key

do you mean the memory (ram) or the CF flash card? If Flash card, you just go to load/save and click 'format' on utility, or delete files. If it's RAM, then I don't know....I always turn my mpc off and on when I want to change programs which seems silly. There must be a way I don't know..

its a lot of different ways to do it main..

easy way to del ish off the card is this..

mode/save/window/ highlight the file you want to del and press one of the F key on top that says delete..

or hook it up to your computer via the usb mode and then jus browse your mpc as a little flash drive and del off the computer like you would normal..

or plus the card into ya computer via a card reader if you have to and del again like normal...

aight check it, to del programs.. its jus:

mode/programs/ at the top screen highlight ya program name and then press window key... you can del that program or ALL programs..

same thing for sequences..

highlight ya sequence/name press window then del f key u can del that one or all sequnces..

to del all ya samples

go to mode/trip/ highlight sample name, press window and then del, del ALL again to wipe them all off.. or jus that one only..
