have you ran out of ram?

i.e have you filled the memory with samples and now have no time left?

I just bought it and I have a fresh 128MB card in....I don't know how to get it to save to the memory card?....

press mode

then press pad 3 (save)

there will be a list of save options

I've set the MPC to start with out the presets, so now im able to record 1min, I've saved the samples that I want to keep onto a memory card but how do I delete everything from the internal memory to give me more space?....It only allows me to format the memory card...

1)Turn on MPC 2) let it load internal memory, 3) delete everything 4) save internal memory.
you will start with a clean internal memory.- save anything you want because once you delete internal memory, it's gone.

I've tried deleting the internal memory but everytime I select utilities it says this will erase the memory on selected device...My problem is that it won't allow me to change to internal memory, I turn the data wheel but nothing changes?....

Don't do it from utilities, do it from SAVE. 1)go to save menu 2) highlight "Save To:" 3) Save To: Internal Memory 4)highlight(using arrows) "Type:" 5) Type: Save All Sequences And Songs 5b) then "Type: Save all Programs and Samples".
- What is crucial is that you do this with an empty MPC, so delete everything (you don't want)before doing this
