saving

what is the best way to save sequences and the programs used for them.
thank you!!!the quastion that appears along this one is old,so it has no purpose anymore because i have my mpc 1000 already,but still can't find out how to save everything that i make!

just save to the memory card as Entire Project and thn connect to your computer and transfer all the shit to a folder.. then erase the memory card

Thank you,Spen!i did tried that way,as well as all the others but with saving the entire memory all the changes that i make to programs are lost.is that corect or i'm doing something wrong?do i have to save the programs first?...something else:))!how to get rid of the message that i first wrote on this cite?
