mpc2000xl zip partitions being seen by PC for mpc1000

OK heres the deal. I used to own a MPC2000xl and sold it to get the mpc1000. The sequences and sounds that I made on the MPC2000xl were saved to zip in different partitions. My question is how do i get my computer to see the different partitions made using the mpc2000xl so I can then transfer the files to my mpc1000(smart media card)?

PCs cannot read MPC partitions, except for the first partition.

Is there any way that I can see the partitions? Is there a MPC software that will allow you to it.
