USB ENABLE...HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY HARD DRIVE WAS WAS INSTALLED AND WORKING GREAT. I WAS IN THE SYSTEM DEVICES ON MY PC AND I DISABLED THE USB FOR THE MPC...NOW IT WONT RECOGNIZE THE MPC...EVEN ON A DIFFERENT COMPUTER....I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT ....HELP..!!!!!

at what point did it seem a good idea to disable the usb in system devices ?..what os are you using,it should be a simple task to renable the usb controller ,reinstall the driver ,something along those lines...you cant disable the mpc ,its something on the computer you have to fix

Yeah or if you used the "UNPLUG OR EJECT HARDWARE" icon like on Windows 2000, you might need to restart the computer to reenable the usb port.

So, it sounds like a problem with the MPC, not the PCs. Just reset the MPC OS to factory defalut. While turning on the MPC, hold the erase button.
