multi tracking with the 1000..... HELP!!!

Why can i only used two of my assignable mixouts? in L/OUT on mixer i can only assign 1 sound to the 1/2 option, and 1 to the 3/4 out, how do i split the outs? multi tracking two at a time is not the business!

yo I'm pretty sure you can split the outs if you pan the sound going to the 1/2 output hard left and hard right. the one panned to the left should go out thru out 1 and right thru out 2. The same goes for 3 and 4.

or you could grab the JJ OS which allows you route sounds to each out
individually - meaning you can have 6 mono outs or still group things as
stereo... very sweet
