mpc1000 with the mpk49

has anybody used a mpk49 with their mpc1000 storing all the samples? just kind of curious how complicated this is to do...

also, if you were to store 49 different samples, can you assign one to each key so it would function like a regular keyboard?

probably basic MIDI stuff, but im sort of a newbie in that game.
