MPD24 --> Transport Controls ---> MPC1000 ?

I like the Transport controls on the MPD24, pretty nice.

Does anyone here know if I can use those to control Play/Rec etc. on the MPC1000?

If it's possible it would make the choice between the Korg PK and the MPD24 a whole lot tougher.

I like the MPD24 for sure. My buddy bought one the same time I bought a PK a few months ago. It sure is made a hell of a lot better than the PK.

It's just that the pads on the PK are so different, you barely have to touch them to get them to register a soft note. For playing piano chords and stuff they are incredible.

The huge constant velocity readout and Drum roll/Pitch bend pad are awesome also.

It's an easy decision for me unless I find a way to use those transport controls.

Now If I was using DAW it would be the MPD24 all the way, all those knobs and sliders are nice. I wish there were a way to use them for things in the MPC.
