Advice appreciated

Hi,

I was wondering what you do after you have a finished a beat and put it on your computer including sequences and all the samples you used for it except the drums. And then if you wanna add some bars or whatever to the beat. Because everytime I want to do that I have to record all the samples again and add all the drums again, the only thing I don't have to do again is trim the samples...Is that the only way? What do you do

WHAT? I dont understand your question and I bet no one else has either and that is why no one has responded. if you mean what do you do after you have a finished beat on the mpc what do you do to get it into the computer? If that is your question then it all depends on what you are doing if you want to have a backup copy of your work what your doing is fine. if you want a playable version to be burned to disc it depends on your setup. if you want to track it out which means that you just have like a eight bar patten and are going to mute certain things or bring in certain things to create a hook and drops once again it depends on your setup but it would require to have a mulitrack prog and the ablity to record your mp to your pc.

These are just guesses at what you are trying to do like I said your question is unclear.

I always save "Entire Memory".... Every aspect of the project in it's entirety is all saved for the next time you load it....Samples,programs,sequence's,FX,EVERYTHING.
