Qucik question> PADS

I have a BK mpc1000 i got it about 5 months ago everythings woklrin nice n smooth so far no Pad probs. My questions is tho is was lookin on youtube and a gentlemen went ot a pad sensitivity page, to see if his pads were sensitive enough ? which mode do i have to go into to see this?
Im at work so i dont have the manual with me even if it states it in the maual>
