tracking-question

alright guys, i finally figured out how to midisync my mpc with cubase and track out my ish. but how do you guys track out single tracks? you know. like solo a track in every sequence so the whole song only got that one track runnin. Is the only solution to toss em through the individual outs or are there easier ways?

I might be wrong but I do believe the individual outs is the only way. There is however another possibility that I recently came across in a magazine and that I might just try myself: keep your MPC1000 connected in stereo and simply lower the volume of the sounds you *DO NOT* want to hear. Why do this? Well, it would allow you to keep the onboard effects for one cuz you cannot route the individual outs to the F/X section. Dig?
