On page 45, it's all there man!
MPC as master:
1. MIDI OUT (A or B) from MPC to MIDI IN of MIDI device (your Fantom)
2. Select MIDI/SYNC by pressing MODE key and hitting PAD 9
3. Press F2 (SYNC KEY)
4. Select Sync out field and select output of MIDI clock (MIDI OUT A or B, whichever you connected in step 1 above)
5. Press MAIN key
6. Set the external MIDI device to receive the MIDI clock.
7. Press PLAY START.
MPC as slave:
1. MIDI IN (1 or 2) from MPC to MIDI OUT of MIDI device (your Famtom)
2. Select MIDI/SYNC by pressing MODE key and hitting PAD 9
3. Press F2 (SYNC) key
4. Select 'Sync In' field and select the input of the MIDI clock (MIDI 1 or 2. whichever you connected in step 1 above)
