Im saving programs into there own folders now, when doing this all the same samples show up in the program file as well as my main wav folder I have ("the library"). Is it duplicating the samples? Or just viewing from 2 different places....

You should be viewing the same samples.. If it made duplicates i'm guessing they would have to be renamed.
