Peace,

I have searched the entire forum and now I am wondering if this is possible at all? I mean it's got to be possible!

I set a loop in Protools 7.3 (four bars) I have the mpc 1k synced properly because I read the threads and the mpc starts and stops when I press play and stop in PT. Now, the issue is that when I have the loop going, I drop some midi notes here and there, sounds good. !NOW I am ready to records some drums on the mpc. I like to keep the drums sequenced on the mpc and all else on PT. Ok so I am getting ready to drop the drums on the mpc, the loop in PT is going, I press the play and record button on mpc and it starts to record, All of a sudden when it reaches the end of the loop the mpc stops recording. it's like it the mpc punches in and punches out at the end of the loop.

I noticed that when I don't loop a region the mpc will stay in play record with out punching out. Is there a setting I missed. I mean, is this happening only to me, am I the only the human this happens to??? (don't answer that) This is really slowing me down. Can anyone explain.....

any help is appreciated.
