hi,does anyone seen boon doc video?everytime he slice sample and play those pads those sound exactly like the original....ok i just want to know how can u slice a sample that normally is about 4 bar and slice it in 16 region?i ve a 1k and when u go to trim and press slice in 16 bars and after select convert in sliced sample there will be converted but when u press all pads they don't sound fluid(hope u know what i mean) like a pause between each other..please help..

maybe each pad is cancelling the previous one out... if you have the program set to MONO, it should be polyphonic. it could also be that boon doc is just really precise with his timing of hitting the pads. have u seen him play a drumbeat live on a midi keyboard? it shows that he has good rhythm and can lay a beat down live.

Your sample should be looping well before you chop it. So make sure you trim your start and end points good. And of course have the program set on MONO. You shouldn't hear gaps between the sounds as long as you're playing it at the tempo the sample was before you chopped it. If the sample was around 90 bpms.... but you're playing the chops at the speed 89 or below... you'll start hearing gaps. Tuning down the sample a couple notches may help sometimes... or even time stretching.
