Step Edit- same length all?

i have a sequenced bassline, a arpeg pattern if you like that I've played into my 1K with JJ4.79.

does anyone know what the command is to, in Step Edit, execute a fixed note length to all in one go?

you'll find that in seq edit, not step edit.
