When i'm trying to create a new folder to save a program and sequence i've been working on it says system error, also when i tried to load up one of my programs it said wrong file. Can some1 help me i've lost to good beats because of this bullshit. ****! :evil:

Sounds like either a loose/busted CF card connection, or the disgraceful Akai OS disk formatting bug in action.

If it's the CF? You can look inside the flash drive to see if the pins are bent, more the card around in the slot while in the LOAD screen to see if it looses the connection etc.

Otherwise, put a real OS on that thing and reformat all drives with it.

(you should probably do that anyway since Akai ain't fixing the problem...)

if I put the JJ OS on will it delete anything on my harddrive,(i can't have that happen i got alot of beats i'm workin on for people)

Installing an OS will do nothing to the drives, but you will have to back up and reformat them after the OS install. It's the Akai formatting routine that's the problem, so any drive formatted with Akai software is going to cause that problem no matter which OS is installed.
