I've only done this with midi keyboards, but I believe you'll want to have Cubase as the master, rewire Reason to one of the tracks, and then have your mpc control Reason from that Cubase track. The to track it out, simply record as you would normally from Cubase.

I reinstalled Reason and made it work with Cubase, it's pretty easy to do.

Open cubase and make a new midi track.

Under Devices select Reason, then choose your channels (Mix R and L probably). Here you might have to select it in the device setup, I think mine was still there from when I first did this some time back.

Start Reason, if you see a midi error ignore it, it's just that Cubase has your midi card locked.

Pick some instrument in Reason, say Mastrom, hook it up to Reason's mixer yadda yadda.

In Cubase you should now see Malstrom as an out for your midi track, select it, and for the in select whatever midi device your mpc is sending midi on, and you're good to go.
