AKAI MPC 1000 in mag

Picked up the premier issue of Scratch magazine today (from the same company that publishes XXL). In the gear issue was....you guessed it....our favorite little piece of equipment. The title of the page the 1000 was on: "Weapons of Mass Production." The mag is good....it's written especially for hip-hop producers and DJs. Had a nice interview with Doc Dre and Lil John and had many good articles. It's the first issue so it's pretty slim, but I expect some good things to come from these guys. Hip-hop beatmakers finally have their own mag....

what store did you see this out?

Better yet if u gotta link to the website post it..it sounds like a hot mag..did a google and nothin relevant popped though

I went to Barnes and Nobles after reading this thread earlier but didnt see it(hell the new XXL just hit the rack this week). Now I know what to look for.
