Sampling on mpc or workstation keyboard

what would be the advantages of sampling on an mpc 1k and a sampler synthesizer keyboard im getting a triton le in a month or so and i would like to know which one i will be using for sampling depending on the difference i will get the sampling board for the korg triton

DEF USE THE MPC FOR THE SAMPLER/SEQUENCER,IT CANT BE BEAT FOR THAT SHIT,AND USE THE TRITON FOR THE SOUNDS, WORDLIFE

Loo2004ep is right...if you want the triton sounds then go for it but it is kind of redundant having two samplers like that.....I would almost skip the sampling option in the triton if I were you...that money could be spent elsewhere for something that you dont already have....

~Yur some what right playa! I have the Motif ES6 and a MPC 1000 I LOVE the combo mos def! The Motif ES has some features and functions my MPC 1000 dont have so they work GREAT together. I would recommend the workstation & MPC combo mos def!

hey labs, so do u sample on the es, mpc or both

can u lay out a sample(pitch change) on each key like an asr.?

i'm sure you can...the asr is outdated, but its still funky...

~Yep I can lay out a sample on da keyz on my motif es just like the asr-10 fo sho!

~I use both! Since the 1k is missin a few features and I dont use software much I use my motif es for the features the 1k is missin ya feel me! I LOVE the workstation, mpc duo!
