How do I remove unusual file from internal memory, picture..

The machine I have is used and I've deleted everything from the internal memory. When the load page is pulled up and internal memory is displayed, go under file, press window button... then this is what shows on screen...



I can't get the files to play or delete. I'm just wondering what these files are or if they are some kind of glitch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

total glitch couldn't ever get this to erase, load or anything, bugged the shit outta me. Had to take it back, another reason for me to believe used electronics are to be avoided. Went with the 2500 in the end. Thanks for the speculative support peace...
