insufficient memory

so im tryin to load new samples into a program and it keeps saying insufficient memory i already deleted the old samples from the flash card but they might still be in internal memory,how can i delete em from there,and would it help if i just made a new program

go to program menu >> deselect samples from the pads >> press PURGE
