Exporting samples

I got a pro tools HD setup, and I want to be able to edit samples in pro tools then save em on my comp and transfer em over to my 1000 via USB. but the .WAV files that the Pro tools HD makes is not readable by the 1000. anyone know bout this>

Yes, I have an MBOX and MPC1k and have had the same issue.

My way round is bouncing the audio files out of Protools, then opening them in Quicktime Pro and and exporting them out again.
The MPC reads these but not the digidesign .wav files. WEIRD

I've had no problems with Digi001. PTLE on OS9. I just bounce the sample to disk and choose .wav at 16 bit, 44.1. Then I drag the bounced file from PT drive to the MPC disk and it's fine everytime. I don't need to use quicktime. Why should a 001 be fine and HD have problems?

Please state what OS your MPC is using!

I beleive this issue has been addressed in a recent update.

I havent upgraded my OS for the MPC yet, is this one of those bugs that was fixed in an upgrade of the MPC OS?
my comp is OS 9 with Pro tools HD 5.3.1

1.04 fixed issues in dealing with Digidesign's bloated and `irregular` WAV file format.

My MPC1k has version 1.04 installed and it still won't read Digidesign .wav files.
