Save defualt pad assignment?

Hey all-

I'm not a big fan of the default pad assignments, so I like rearranging them. But I can't seem to find a way to save the default pad assignments after I change them in the MIDI/Sync menu. Every time I power down, it resets to the original ones that I don't like. I know I could do it per program, but that would mean reassigning them every single time I want to build a new drum program.

I am using JJOS 2 1.18. Can anyone tell what I am missing? This is driving me crazy. Thanks.

No it wouldn't. Just make a new program template with no samples and use that to build off of.

That would definitely work, and that's probably what I'm going to end up doing.

I would still like to know if there is a way to actually save a new default mapping, though. Kind of makes that whole screen pointless if you can't.
