How do I turn quantization on/off on MPC1000?

Yo!

Before you type RTFM: I did actually read the manual, and I couldn't even find the word "quantize". I also searched this forum, and found a lot on quantization, but not exactly the answer to my question.

My questions is pretty simple (I'm an MPC noob ): How do i turn quantization off (or on for that matter)????

I'm gettin' tired of making these robotic drum patterns, lol!

you see under one of the Function keys it says "T.C."

time-correction

the manual has plenty more on that, but you should probably be able to figure it out from there anyway.

yeah you go to the time controls where it says
1/8 1/8triplet 1/16 1/16triplet 1/32 1/32triplet
and whichever one is highlighted in black u click
and then there are no time controls
but sometimes its easier to just use them
