Restoring Internal Memory

I need help restoring the internal memory because I did somthing wrong and now I cant dsave anything to my internal hard drive.....By the way I have 128 MB in my internal memory

first off. this may sound stupid. but do you have an internal hard drive? or are you refering to the internal flash? the 128mb is volital memory. anything stored on that will erase everytime you power down. a hard drive is a non-volitile mass storage device that stores even after power down. 2 different things. the internal flash is non-volitle but its rather small for storage needs.

Im referring to the internal flash drive, it messed up when I was doing this trick to erase all those programs that come with the Internal Flash drive....and I want to restore the memory on it if its possible

Yeah I often get confused by what people say also... Memory = RAM... hard drives and flash cards have space, not memory.

the trick you are talking about... do you mean formatting the card?

Well the trick im talking about is when you erase the internal hard drive in the MPC, becauce I dont like those programs that come with the mpc and so I erased them by doing this trick
