i hear you man but i'm not sure i get your point, there are so many mpcs, why didn't you just get one of the others if you thought it was too small, nothing against you i just have never heard a complaint like this, you could of got a big 2000, 2000xl, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000 ???

Maybe I'm coming across kind of harsh. I just mean that we all know the MPC 1000 is an awesome instrument, but that these are things about it that bug me. I was just wondering if anyone around here feels the same way

the machinedrum is **** awful and im not just talking about the cold, dated, digital sound. the edges of them are sharp as shit, you take your life in your hands anytime your wrists are anywhere near one. although it’s a weighty unit the knobs and buttons dont feel right to me, nowhere near as solid as an MPC imo. I only had one for a week or so, i'd heard enough.

gay thread btw.

Nice to see some fantastic homophobia there..

But yeah, I had my Machinedrum for 3 days. I agree with you about the sterile digital sound. How boring! The interface was awesome though, and it was a great compliment to the MPC interface. But it sounded like software

The Machiendrum and my Macbook have a really 'together' look. I don't know hot to describe it, it's just sort of small and tight. Where as the MPC1000 is kind of big and cumbersom. But I'll still keep using it, I love the way it works

To me, it looks like a Hard Ware version of FL Studio. I love my 1000. I'm not knocking the MAchine you got but I'm MPC all the way

WHAT?!?!?!

yeah that was my reaction too.

That's what it looks like to me bruh. The way the bar moves from left to right and you have to push where the sound get's played. That's how you have to start in FL or what I've seen. I'm all hard ware normally. Either way my opinion is my opinion. Be Easy
