having problems finding my assingned pads

well, I know where they are but I have a hard time playingthe samples I put on them. why, I dont know. The presets play, not my sample. how do I replay it? also when I make a beat from one of the sequences, it never seems to save or play back... what am I doing wrong?

Are you holding down record then pressing play when you try to make a Sequence?

I am, I am away from the machine. But I am gonna try it again tonight. I have no problemss making the sequence it just doesn't save. I need to fool around with it more. BTW, I read the manual twice. I aint gonna be that guy

forgive me if eye'm wrong, but are you saving the pads you assigned to a program, because the sequence just provides the info of the assigned pads and the program has the samples, just a thought!
