Memory Card and Memory Expansion?

Does the MPC have 2 memory slots?




and..... why does the 256 Sandisk card cost more than the 128?

different memory, 128 is internal RAM. memory card is for storage not sampling.

so the sampling compacity is 16mb.. what do you have to do to get it up to 128? open the MPC up and switch it like a soundcard/videocard?

Yup. That's how you do it. Do a search for RAM, 128 MB, expansion, or memory and read everything that you comes from the MPC 1000 forum. It will only take about 15 mins and you'll learn everything you need to know.
