NOOB question...Need help Exporting Sounds Via USB into MPC

Yeah yeah, please commence with the.."Do some research Noob" comments. Unfortunately I'm pressed for time, and haven't had any luck with researching, so that's why I'm asking. (Isn't that the purpose of a help forum anyway?)
So I'm working in a recording studio in Nicaragua (crazy i know), and I'm trying to help someone work on the mpc. I'm semi-familiar with it, and have no problem using it, via audio inputs. But when I go USB, I load the samples onto the pads on the software, but can't seem to get them into the mpc. Any help would be much appreciated!

If you are using a software it creates the program files for you and you drag+drop to the MPC... or you could just create a folder to and place it into the MPC and check them out when you [scroll] through the CF Card or HDD. You don't have to create the file with the software. You can just load a folder filled with the files and have a go at once in the MPC.

Give more detail about what you doing and using.
