Mode button repair leads to f4 f5 f6 malfunction?!! HELP

So, my mode button went out, i swapped the tact switch from the "track mute" button. I am not sure if track mute button is working because i put in the broken switch....however, after fixing the mode button, now my f4 f5 and f6 buttons don't work...I know it isnt the tact switches...any suggestions?! Repair places won't help because they want my business...still waiting to hear/get in touch with akai. but i need my mpc ASAP and i thought I had repaired it but quickly realized I caused a new problem and can't find any answers, thanks

try putting the track mute tact switch back in and make sure none of your solder points were crossed, also make sure that you didn't jostle the cable connecting the F buttons to the main board
