Exporting From MPC1000

Was wondering how to take a few sequences which i made into songs that are saved on my flash card and export them into my comp to either put into Reason or Sonar and eventually burn to CD.... what is the best route to accomplish this thanks

record main outs into computer.

record main outs onto flash card as wav, usb into your computer, detailed in your maunal.

record individual outs into your computer, along with the main outs with sounds panned left/right
giving you a total of 6 mono out channels.
