Whats up ya'll, here's my scenario my friend just recently gave me sony acid pro 6 to mess with, before I was using Pro Tools 7 (I USE THE MBOX2). I have my studio setup like I normally would (MPC 1000, MicroKorg, Two KRK Monitors, and My turntable). I can go into pro tools and record my tracks through midi no problems asked, and that's what I want to do with Acid Pro. I get confused when I go into Acid Pro and start looking at the midi setup page,but the mbox does appear on the screen so I know it's getting signal.
This is how my midi cables run right now.....
"MBOX OUT" > "MPC IN 2"
"MPC OUT A" > "MicroKorg IN"
(The Mpc and MicroKorg do a MIDI Handshake bascially.)
"MicroKorg OUT" >"MPC IN 1"
If anyone could tell me how they have there stuff setup I'm sure that would help to.
