Problem with a "full song' sequence

So...here's the problem- I made a song and converted it into a sequence in order to record to the sample and transfer it to my PC. When I play the long sequence, however, it plays a track that is only supoosed to be present in the hook through the entire song..................please help, it never ends with this thing!!!

I am using the free JJOS

And I read a thread that said to "ignore the muted track"- this could be the problem, but I can't find where to make that happen...I know, it's prolly a simple fix

Simple........,.Any track that you have muted must be deleted......For some reson it messes everything up.............
