HELP PLEASE MY MPC IS DEAD!

Hi I just got an MPC and was recommended the JJ update. So I downloaded JJ OS version 3.17 or whatever. It's the free one. Followed the instructions and then turned on my MPC and AHH!H!:

I can't figure out how to revert to factory settings or anything.. What can I do?

yeah just dont update it to JJ OS version: crap

People allways want more,Man's major flaw.

Isn't there a way i can just get the MPC to revert to it's original factory OS? The Power+Erase thing doesn't do anything

try taking the RAM chip out and starting it

how about you go to the akai pro website, download the original OS and install it again? how hard is that to do?

Like BrooklynBalla said.....take the RAM chip out while powered down and try/restart the MPC again.

and maybe try posting your question in a few more places?
