yo man, nice mpc, my only gripe is you cant see the letters or menus that were written above and beside the pads, as well as any of the other buttons.
no big deal if you know your way around yoru mpc though, but still.
nice colour though, takign it back before akai got this blue era ish in there heads.

yeah, well I was horified by the original 1k colours (purple colours on the cursorbuttons? are the crazy!?) so I'm really delighted that it's more classic now. Youre right about the buttons but I didn't really needed it anymore!

yeh it looks cool.. i still have it the original colors.. i once got a can of spraypaint to paint those red plastic parts... but i'm affraid to wreck it while modifying...
anyway.. i got that record you did with vsop and terilekst the other day.. really enjoyed that...

Now that's the way an MPC should look. Alot more professional looking. I wish Akai just stuck with their original colors for the MPCs (2000, 4000)because they actually looked like professional studio equipment. Today's blue MPC's are toyish looking. I also wish they made the MPC1000 white too.

Yeh! how did you do that sh*t?, Im a signwriter so i should know about all that stuff but im too scared to get paint in the buttons. There must have been some crazy masking going on.

Hot mpc. When i get mines i think im gonna change mines up. Is it anyway i can keep tha lables. Cuz i really dont know my way around a mpc. But do yall notice something. Triza Trizoe. Im tha orignal Triz on mpc forums. Tha 1 and only. Lol
