Will my 1000 work with a 4GB Compact Flash Card?

Why not just back everything up on an external?

Just transfer your little files to your desktops/laptops all the space you need and more

im currently using a 1gb, 2gb, 4gb and a 8gb flash card in my mpc 1000 and im using the free JJ OS

so my answer is yes!

sandisk extreme3 16gb and sandisk ultra2 8gb works fine here with my 1k (jj os2xl).

can you use a 4gb with the latest akai os?

i have used an 8GB Kingston CF card in my mpc2500 under JJos AND Akai Os 1.24

I just bought a lexar 4gb flash card it works with the mpc but how do you transfer stuff from the card to the computer? I put the card in and nothing happens. Obviously I'm pretty lackluster when it comes to computers so I'd really appreaciate the help.

I bought a 4GB Compact Card. It reads it with no problem. (blck 1K JJOS). i dunno the stock.

My 32gb works just fine in both my 500 and 1k.

Oddly, you can make a hit with 750kb of RAM. Go figure.

it depends entirely on the format and type and make , its a minefield.

I tried a 32 GB Kingston and my MPC read just fine...
