you dont need to go to guitar center to compare, you can just open it up (takes 3 minutes) and look with your eyeballs if it has the new pads.

Grab the lower right pad, move it up, down, left and right. If the adjacent pads move with it they are the new style, if none move then they are all individual which means they are the old style.
