how do i do that for just one sample..not the whole sequence?!?!

That's what RESAMPLE is for! Setup your sound to go through the bit grunger F/X (or any other, including external gear), then go into record mode, set the INPUT to MASTER OUT, hit record, and play your sound.

Now that you've recorded that sound with the f/x applied, put that into your program, and play your sequence without the f/x applied.

Try adding some "air" as a sample. Sample the noise of a vinyl record without anything playing...just the record going around...then add that in as a sample in the background.

Or just sample your drum hits from vinyl

Fu*k!! There are a million ways to make it sound more dirty..

When you sample:
cut some of those highs. Use an old f*cked up needle. Overdrive. Sample to c-cassette first, and from there to the mpc.

In the mpc:
Drop the filters on EVERYTHING to about 90 or under. Resample the sounds. Use that bit crusher or whatever it is called. Add vinyl hiss to the background (REAL, sampled vinyl hiss).

Use your imagination, experiment!
