how do u save a beat as a wav then export it into ur comp ??

^^ It's a start. You'll get tired of those internal sounds quickly.

You can make your own PGMs (kits) with them in the MPC (you'll find all the info you need in the manual for that).

If you run a PC, you can also use a program called BlueBox to make your own PGMs (the help section in there explains all the functions).
