Taken from my USEFUL links below........

Acid 5, Vegas 6, SF 8 w/ 2kxl, Triton Extreme.
Acid Pro 5 (Master Sync) w/ MPC2kxl
Generate MIDI Timecode = F7 *turns on/off*
Options, Preferences, MIDI tab = choose MIDI port for generating Timecode.
Options, Preferences, SYNC tab = SMPTE non drop 30 frames per second.

Vegas 6 (Master Sync) w/ MPC2kxl
EXACTLY the same as Acid Pro 5 (menus are EXACTLY the same)

Sound Forge 8 (Master Sync) w/ MPC2kxl
Generate MIDI Timecode = F7 *turns on/off*
Options, Preferences, MIDI/SYNC tab = Use drop down menu for MIDI port choices.

MPC2kxl (slave)
MIDI in 1.
MIDI MMC = receive off
Frame rate 30

----------

Acid Pro 5 (Master Sync) w/ Triton Extreme
Generate MIDI Clock = Shift+F7 *turns on/off*
Options, Preferences, MIDI tab = choose OUTPUT DEVICE for generating Midi Clock settings.

Vegas 6 (Master Sync) w/ Triton Extreme
EXACTLY the same as Acid Pro 5 (menus are EXACTLY the same)

Triton Extreme (slave)
MIDI in.
Global, Midi (pg1), MIDI Clock: External MIDI.
Checkmark the "Receive Ext. Realtime Commands".
Checkmark the "Local Control ON".

search for these:

"midi and and triton and mpc"

select -> search for all terms

search options -> select MPC1000

KLIK SEARCH

you will be surprized how many triton/midi topic are available...

just make sure the ands are in upper case: AND

How is telling someone to read the manual (when the actual inquiry could be FOUND in the manual itself anyway) being a hater, that's being real with you, not being a hater.. You got it twisted big dog..

You could have answered your OWN questions if you went through both manuals in the first place (and of course paid attention to detail while reading).. :D
