Finally took it back today, and they exchanged it with no questions asked... I asked them for the BK-N model and they looked at me like I had 2 Horns coming out of my face, So I just took another Bk... Low and behold, the new one has the new pads and the info on the internal mem was diff then what I had on my first one.... Thanks for all the help....
