There was a documentary on Sun Ra and his Orchestra (?) late last year. It was amazing viewing! If I have half his creative freedom in 20 years I'll wouldn't be too dissapointed :)

Do you have any more info on his group?

i lasted dvd i saw was the magic sun and it was releases in 1998...

look to the stars because they hold more info than i ever will
