yeah the japanese version will work fine. just gotta wait for them to put it up on the japan site.

It's all the same thing. Think about it! The MPC is developed in Japan (outsource the assembly to China), then makes it's way out to the US and other countries. The OS is developed in Japan as well, then ends up being distributed to Akai America and so on. Same OS... different download locations.

That Sean Shea guy keeps giving everyone a different answer.

only thing i find missing is pingpong looping, would be nice.
