the skins looked shitty from day one... amateur graphic design with some terrible fonts.

people always let "lower" prices sucker them into stuff

sure styleflip costs 3 times as much as this guy, BUT you can go on youtube and see several styleflips being installed and removed as well as you yourself have control over the design, fonts etc. with the flash designer

the cheapest price is usually not the best way to go and even more so when its a one man starup operation without even having a site and complete contact info

you live you get burned you learn

It is OUR own fault! We won't "skimp" on MPC's, Sneakers, or Vintage Compressors - Pre Amps. But we get cheap when it comes to buying a "skin"? C'mon fellas - we are all guilty of wanting to spend less. But most of the time - If you spend less you get less!!

Man it goes to show that you gotta pay good money for top quality merchandise.

What a shame this guy could have made good money with this idea if it was executed with a little more thought and professionalism.

We got some good dudes on this forum and it's a shame to know that not all on here are honest people with morals.

Personally if it was me I'd give everyone their money back and apologise...

This guy may have now messed things up for me as I've spent a long time perfecting a skin and everybody's going to be wary of it.

Maybe I'll just sell them on ebay - at least that way I get feedback that's fairly trustworthy.

I wouldn't say that just because this guy was a crook, that nobody here will give anyone else a chance...he's not the first guy to take money and run. I'd say build up your ebay presence and that'll help.
