Mpc 1000 and zoom rhythm trak 234

Ive just purchased a mpc 1000 and i have never used a mpc in my life is it anything the rhythm trak 234. also can i take sounds from the rhythm trak 234 to the mpc 1000 and if so how

First way, rhythm trak 234 has a MIDI IN, so you can connect your MPC sequencer to play sound from your rhythm trak 234.

Second way, you can always sample your rhythm trak 234 sounds. Connect rhythm trak 234 analog outputs to MPC analog inputs, and record them.

IF I were U, I would use the first way.
