You've got 4 assignable mix-outs and 2 stereo outs (complete mix)

During performance I want to mute the 4 assignable mix-outs (they go to the PA front via DI) but I still want to here the stereo mix out. (monitor mix headphone) Is this possible with the mpc 1000.

I know it's possible to send/mute them by a mixer with direct outs, but my questions specific is: Is this possible with the mpc 1000. as standalone.

sorry for my bad language

Thanks

when you assign a sample/pad to be outputted on another channel then the main stereo's they only come out tru the selected outputs. so if you mute your tracks in the track mute window, they'll be muted.

am I making sense here?

Yes, so if I send them to the 4 outputs, they won't be heard in the complete mix at all ?

Bedankt voor het snelle antwoord,

That's not how it is on other MPC's the stereo outs are all sounds but you can set the levels / mute them with the mpc's stereo mixer.

I would get a small mixer with direct outs so you can mute them when you want to.
