Who needs the pad upgrade/replacement set for MPC 1000?

Hi guys!
I'm a new member but always come on here to read things and recently I just got **** off as all my pads on my 1000 decided to die! I've now managed to source the replacement pads/upgrade, I can get it for £120 plus p&p but if you would like to get it fitted I can offer this service. They are a **** to get as especially mpcstuff are on back order.

Can ship to the states but I know y'all get it cheaper but everything over here is a rip off!

I haven't posted to scam anyone, I can get the pads and if there is anyone who does fancy the upgrade or need them replacing feel free to message back.

You need to give reasons why people here should trust you...so far I see none.

Doesn't mean you aren't trustworthy...you just don't have anything to substantiate it.

Well what would people prefer I do... I am a new member, so I understand there is no trust... Honestly, I'd rather help people out not rip them off... Like I said before, give me a holla if you are interested, if not no worries.

you should make your sources public, or if they're interpersonal hookups, you should describe them. as a member of a community that has been taken advantage of, this needs to be as transparent as possible.

the mpc pad upgrade kit is made with contributions by at least 2 different businesses - the guys who make the rubber, SENSITRONICS (the FSR sensors), and then whoever does the PCB.

Nym, I was well inspired by your method of fixing the pads but recently I decided to finally go out and get the pad upgrade instead. It is the official Akai upgrade from AKAI UK, the are complete assholes when you call up!

I would like to help out my fellow mpc users thats all.... I know there is a shortage in the states at the moment and I can get it in the uk.

i say give the guy a liiiiiittle room here. i'm very curious to hear more about his means, i think we all are. any service he's offering us is a good one. it's good to have options!

TEL: 01252 341406 give them a call you can get the pads there but they ain't gonna ship to the states...they charge £10 for like a 3-4 day service which is WACK! I can't be bothered to get involved..... is that helping out enough.....

What is frushstating I know MPCstuff.com is getting that upgrade cheap and still charging everyone else, but you all don't seem to mind.... plus there is a major back order....

That is...after I get my pads. Than I don't think I'm going to bother with any other MPC's or Akai products afterwards.
