mpc 1000 & Reason

Im using mbox 2 & mpc 1000.

Does anyone know what the midi connections are for reason and mpc 1000..? I'm trying to use my mp for my slave so I can acsess my sounds & sequences in Reason.

And also, could you tell me how to track out Reason into protools once I'm done makinfg the beat?
